New Year, New You! .....wait, it's only November! That's right, but skip to Thanksgiving, jump to Christmas, and we are rolling right into the New Year!

And we all know what holidays can do to us, and without us even realizing it! Suddenly it's October, then November is coming, and our entire schedule, and routine is off!
