This feels really great! Just to see the scales drop a little.  I feel like these next several pounds could take a while to drop, especially with having to take it easy on my knee, so I'm doing zero cardio these days.  I am super excited to see this on the scale though!

Now for the good stuff! 

Last week we told you about a protein powder, and we talked about the importance of feeding your muscles protein after a workout.  You can read about that HERE.

Of course, loving smoothies so much, I added this stuff to my every day breakfast or lunch fruit smoothie. Vanilla is a great compliment to any fruit smoothie in my opinion, so I added it in with mixed fruit (strawberries, banana, pineapple and mango), but it also went well with my banana, peanut butter smoothie! Those are my two go-to smoothies.


Big Sis added it to a yummy Greek Yogurt and granola snack.  Chocolate or Vanilla would taste great added to some yogurt, and adds extra protein as well.

In one serving of Hemp Pro 70, you get 15 grams of protein and 3.4 grams of Omega 3 & 6.



With the chocolate protein I decided to try something a little different, and makes some healthy muffins.  We are big muffin lovers at my house, so finding healthy muffins to make is a WIN!


These muffins are great! They can be eaten for breakfast, a snack, or frozen and reheated for later, plus they are a healthy version!!! What's not to love!
