Checking in today! Feeling less bloated and definitely doing better in the eating department. Next week I will be down in weight!!!! Still though, I'm proud to still be where I'm at. Especially since I've been struggling with some knee pain, so sadly have put running to a stop for now, and am not doing any workouts other than Yoga. I go to the doctor tomorrow though, so hopefully will get better and be back on my way soon. This is a slow going journey, but I know I will get to where I want to be.
One thing that helps me a lot, especially staying home is having a good assortment of healthy fresh snacks! A couple of things that I've been focussing on lately, the classic Melon (water melon and canteloupe), frozen Greek yogurt & granola, fruits like peaches, juicing, and boiled eggs, oh and when I need something salty, if course my go-to stove popped popcorn lightly salted!
When planning snacks, think about healthy fresh, easy snacks that you can pre-plan for, whether you work or go to school all day, or stay home. What fits your schedule!? And don't be afraid to snack! Plan it out for each day and avoid snagging processed snacks when you get munchy throughout the day! And drink lots of water!
