Results from 30 Days of CORE DE FORCE!

You guys! By the end of February, my 2017 Simply Fit Group has already completed our 2nd program of the year! How awesome is that!

It's so easy to start a program and not finish it. I am so guilty of that, but having a group that I'm doing it with has pushed me to work hard and finish strong! So...let me tell you about our latest program!

Core de Force is the MMA, Kickboxing style workout! It came out in November 2016, so this was my first time trying it. But as a past lover of Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire, this spoke my workout love language for sure! Something about those hard kicks, and punches....I can really get into them!

Plus as I'm doing it I can literally feel my core getting stronger which I love! Because if I haven't told you, one of my goals is to be able to see my abs this year! (I'm sure I'll get pregnant shortly after I hit this goal...but hey, it's that mom life right! pregnant, work to get fit, pregnant...and so on!)

So, if you are interested in seeing my results, click the tab below!

Honestly, I was so shocked! I don't have a ton of weight to lose, but after baby #2, there's lots of toning that needs to happen. So I taking before and after pictures to compare really helped me to notice changes in my body! I am so thankful for that!

Now, if you are ready to complete a program this year, join me for my SPRING IS COMING BOOT CAMP that starts on March 20th! Sign up to get more details below!

This is why I am so passionate about helping people get healthy & fit! I fully believe that WOMEN are the catalyst in their families! And when women are changed, generations are changed!

I also know that fitting in time to take care of yourself as mom, wife, a work women, can be nearly impossible! That's why my goal is to create simple solutions to help you do just that!

Check out the Live Video I did this week sharing FAT BURNING habits that you can begin implementing to TRIGGER FAT LOSS IN THE BODY!

I would love to work with you to make some of these things happen! My Beyond the Body Boot Camp is created with the busy mom in mind! The workouts you do in my 4 week program are geared to create fat loss, and are only 30 minutes long! My next program starts on Monday, and is filling up fast!

Here's what Holly LaGrone who completed the program, finishing with a loss of 9 inches and 9 lbs total had to say about it! She plans to continue going through the boot camp!

It was so much easier to get up and get to work knowing that I would be checking in with Brittany and the rest of the girls every day. Don’t let the short workout times fool you; these HIIT sessions are no joke. I saw more results from this 4 week boot camp than I have on other much lengthier plans.

Why I Gave Up Dairy...

Yep, that's right...this cheese loving woman gave up DAIRY! Not forever though, don't you worry! Part of my Beyond the Body Boot Camp is that I challenge my ladies to give up dairy for our 4 weeks together.

"But Why?" you ask.

Dairy can affect our body in so many ways. From gut issues like gas and bloating, to skin issues. It's a food that a lot of us may have sensitivities to, or might even be totally intolerant without fully realizing it.

My friend Jasmin Niemiec from Coach Jasmin says it this way.

"A MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN AMERICA HAVE GROWN UP ON BREADS AND MILK, SO WE HAVE GOTTEN USED TO FEELING BLOATED OR HAVING AN UPSET STOMACH AND NEVER KNEW TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT."

Plus, in other studies I've done, specifically the Virgin Diet by JJ Virgin, she talks a lot about this. So I decided it was time to test the waters. I encourage anyone that often times feels bloated, or has an upset stomach to try giving it up for a little while. Then, after the body has detoxed from dairy for a while, slowly add it back in and see if your body reacts to it. If it does, that doesn't mean you are intolerant, you just might have a sensitivity to it. Go a little longer without it, 3-6 months. Then slowly add it back in and test your body yet again. (This is a great thing to do with gluten as well).

Over the past month or more I have been eating so much cheese. Daily for lunch I had cheese. I love it! I love going to a winery and getting the cheese platters. My favorite lunch to make is a fancy, adult-style lunchable. (with the good aka real cheese and meat) And I have noticed that the little bumps my family tends to have on our arms were coming in full force. After just a week and a half off of dairy, those bumps are slowly going away, which I am thrilled about!

Here's an awesome video by Coach Jasmin where she discusses why she gets her runners to give up both Dairy & Gluten

If you decide you want to try going dairy free, here's a few places to watch for dairy:

  • yogurt
  • cream cheese
  • sour cream
  • ice cream
  • whey protein/bars with whey in it
  • cottage cheese
  • dressings
  • creamy soups and sauces
  • desserts

I would love to hear if you have given up dairy and if you've seen some changes from it!

Also, I am currently registering people for my next BEYOND THE BODY BOOT CAMP starting August 22nd! I would love for you to be a part of this group! Set up a consult with me to discuss your goals and pain points, or check out the details and register HERE.
