Workouts don't have to be difficult. On a weekly basis, I share simple workouts that you can do at home with just your body weight. And don't worry, that doesn't mean that they are struggling in intensity either. Just by using your body weight you can still get a great workout!
On occasion I do suggest using some equipment. Lately I've shared some video workouts you can do with sheets of paper. What? Yep, that's right. All you need are sheets of paper, and a slick floor surface! Here's one I shared this week!

- 15 in outs
- 15 (on each leg) front-to-back lunges
- 15 (on each leg) circle lunges
- 15 knee-to-elbows
- 15 sliding plank jacks
- 15 (on each leg) mountain climbers
