Results from 30 Days of CORE DE FORCE!

You guys! By the end of February, my 2017 Simply Fit Group has already completed our 2nd program of the year! How awesome is that! 

It's so easy to start a program and not finish it. I am so guilty of that, but having a group that I'm doing it with has pushed me to work hard and finish strong! So...let me tell you about our latest program! 

Core de Force is the MMA, Kickboxing style workout! It came out in November 2016, so this was my first time trying it. But as a past lover of Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire, this spoke my workout love language for sure! Something about those hard kicks, and punches....I can really get into them! 

Plus as I'm doing it I can literally feel my core getting stronger which I love! Because if I haven't told you, one of my goals is to be able to see my abs this year! (I'm sure I'll get pregnant shortly after I hit this goal...but hey, it's that mom life right! pregnant, work to get fit, pregnant...and so on!)

Honestly, I was so shocked! I don't have a ton of weight to lose, but after baby #2, there's lots of toning that needs to happen. So I taking before and after pictures to compare really helped me to notice changes in my body! I am so thankful for that!
