We've been quite the busy bee's around my parts!
So I thought, in honor of the lack of blogging I've been doing, plus it being pumpkin season, plus I started my KETO MY PUMPKIN Bootcamp today....with all of that, it only seemed fitting that I share this amazing PUMPKIN FAT BOMBS Recipe with you guys!

Easy, quick snack to make AND eat
PUMPKIN FAT BOMBS!
- 3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 scoop Mom Fuel Protein + Collagen (vanilla) Get 20% OFF with code LAUNCH20
- 3 TBSP pure maple syrup
- 2 TBSP coconut flakes
- 1 TBSP pumpkin spice seasoning
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend. Fill silicone molds (my pumpkin ones were bought at the Dollar Tree). Freeze for 30 minutes - 1 hour. Enjoy. Keep in FREEZER.
*If you don't have molds, put parchment paper in a tuppaware container and fill the bottom. Once frozen, pull parchment paper and the entire square will come out. Cut into 1 inch squares and freeze in container.
