My Five Fav Things Lately!

Happy Friday! Today I'm joining some fun parties, and sharing with you my 5 favorite things as of lately! 

And, they aren't all fitness related, so stick around, read through my list, and get to know me some more!

1. Coffee all day long!

It's what I do! I just love my coffee. But don't worry, it's not sugar infested, (read how I drink my coffee, for some sugar free yummy alternatives HERE), and I'm not addicted to the caffeine. I drink decaf! So I actually just really love the taste! For me, it's water and coffee all day every day! 

2. Whole Wheat, Sugar Free, Blueberry Waffles!

I hope that each of you sleep in a little later in the morning, then grab the kids and head to the kitchen to work together to cook these yummy, and oh so healthy blueberry waffles! (and drinks lots of coffee with it, duh!) 

Okay, and I admit, maybe it's all things blueberry that are my favorites these days, because hello, have you tried my Sugar Free Blueberry Muffin Recipe!?!? Also amazing, and can't get enough of them!

3. Outside runs on days that have 60degree weather

......OH WAIT, no picture of that because every day has looked like this and has thrown my training runs way off! (thankful for the water though, because our land needs it. *Gotta find the silver lining in there)

4. Quick weekends away with my family=REFRESHING

We recently took a weekend trip to New Mexico with our cousins to ski. It was such a fun, adventurous, and relaxing weekend! Definitely does a body good to get away sometimes! Even if only for the weekend!  

5. Collaborating with awesome people & businesses! 

This might seem lame, but I am so excited about some great things coming up for me, both locally and on the blog! 

First off, LOCALLY! (Abilene, TX.) 

Nutrition Workshop: Learn how to make your own protein bites with @brittanysuell

As a Nuttzo Ambassador, I am partnering with a local shoe store, RAB's Locker to host a Nutrition Workshop:Learn how to make your own protein bites! I will be doing a cooking demonstration, everyone will get to taste the protein bites, plus get Nuttzo samples to take home, and we will have tons of GIVEAWAYS! If you are local to Abilene, come out this Wednesday and join in on the FREE Fun! 

Earth Day 2015! Wine & Yoga at the Mill Abilene, TX. with @brittanysuell

Another awesome LOCAL opportunity I am getting! On Earth Day, April 22nd, I will be teaching Yoga at the Mill Winery of Abilene! That's right! $12 for a glass of wine, and a yoga class! (plus you get to keep your special Mill wine glass!) How fun is that! 

Then when it comes to the BLOG, I have some awesome collaborations in store! Those are still in the works, but will be getting revealed soon. 

It is so fun for me to partner with awesome businesses and other fitness enthusiasts to get the opportunity to reach more people, and inspire them to live healthy and active lives! I love partnering with people, and love getting creative to make life more fun, and adventurous while staying healthy! So that's probably my top fav of the week!
