It's Friday! Celebrate With Me, Laugh a Little, and Take the Challenge!

So, it's Friday, which means we are all celebrating that it's the weekend! Plus, I'm extra excited because Sunday I will be running my first half-marathon since 2013! Big Deal for me! Wahoo! 

So why not celebrate with me!! {insert happy dance}

It's Friday! Let's Celebrate, and take the challenge from @brittanysuell with a fun couple's workout!

To celebrate, my husband and I decided to take on a workout challenge that a friend teased us with sometime around Valentines Day, after seeing the Partner Yoga Workout we put together for y'all. 

I'm just telling you, anytime you decide to take on a challenge like this, there's bound to be laughter, and a lot of it! So, definitely find a friend, or your lover, and try out some of these moves! 

I wish we would've gotten all of our laughs on camera, but I did share a little fun with you at the end! 

I love laughing with my husband. There's something about real, genuine laughs with the man that I love that makes me feel incredible, and makes us together feel so connected!  Plus, these moves are challenging, so working hard to achieve this workout together was fun and encouraging in itself!
