I want to start off by saying I LOVE FALL! It is probably one of my favorite times of year. I mean I enjoy every season, but I love Fall, there is just something great about it!

Here with you today I would like to share with you my favorite recipe of this season!
MY PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD RECIPE!
It is so yummy, and every time I make it, it comes out perfect!
Plus, the great thing about this bread is that you don't use yeast, which means you don't have to wait for it to rise, but just mix and bake!
Here's how you bake this wonderful bread:
Pumpkin Spice Bread
-2 Cups Canned Pumpkins
-3 Cups Sugar
-1 Cup Water
-1 Cup Vegetable Oil
-3 1/3 Cups Flour
-2 tsp. Baking Soda
-2 tsp. Cinnamon
-1 tsp. Salt
-1 tsp. Baking Powder
-1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
-3/4 tsp. ground cloves
In large bowl mix pumpkin, sugar, water, oil, and eggs. Beat well until mixed.
In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, numeg, cinnamon, salt, and cloves.
Slowly add dry into the pumpkin mixture until smooth.
Grease 2 9x5 inch loaf pans and dust with flour.
Evenly divide batter into the pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10-15 minutes then remove from pan onto cooling rack by tapping the bottom of the pan.
Serve with butter or cream cheese.
By the way, I made two loaves of this, and it was almost all eaten at my house in 2 DAYS!!
