Remember back in October, I asked for a kettle bell for my birthday!?!? (see my awesome birthday list HERE) I realized I don't use it near enough, so I decided to start changing my workout up some, and including some more at-home workouts.
This past week I did a HITT workout from my Turbo Fire DVD. I showed a short clip of it on my Instagram! If you didn't know this about me, I love kickboxing, and the HITT workouts are high intensity, and for short periods of time. Which is great for when the baby is napping, but I need to get other things done as well. That way I have time for a quick workout that gets my heart rate going and me sweating, but can still clean, etc.
I also started doing this awesome, full body kettle bell workout! It is seriously crazy how quickly my heart rate gets going, and I get sweating while doing this workout! It's awesome, and I am definitely sore the day after!

*If you don't own kettle bells, you can use dumbbells, or even a large bag of rice, or something that has weight to it from your home that you can hold.
