The ACTIVE LIVING CHALLENGE that I have been telling you all about, via Twitter, hosted by Lorna Jane & Fit Approach is coming to an end. It is always sad for these challenges to end, because there is something about them! 1) They are so inspiring!
2) They connect you with other fit-inspired people on a daily basis in a way that you can't naturally do on your own
3) They challenge you to be introspective a lot!
4) They encourage you to be a dreamer and take leaps of faith towards your goals!
