Active Living Challenge Week 1 RECAP

As I previously mentioned, I am a part of another Twitter Challenge with two incredible wellness brands, Lorna Jane and Fit Approach!


It is such a fun experience to really get involved with the Twitter world and get connected with some like-minded people where you share various inspirational things each day, and really connect together! I love seeing the things other people share from their favorite recipes, workouts, to things they are motivated by and grateful for! Plus a challenge like this really makes you introspective, and you come out more self-aware and thankful, which the Yogi inside of me LOVES!
